Here is 's Mogu fighting my Mirma. This is probably one of my favorite pieces as I have not uploaded much fighting scenes lately. As you can see I used the traditional pencil and paper method. I felt that the battle scene was too complicated to illustrate digitally and found it easier doing it the good ole' fashioned way.
The battle scene features Mogu attacking Mirma from the back, but little did he know, Mirma has a little trick up his sleeve. Who will win? It's all up to you!
The awesomeness of this battle cannot be simply stated, it must proclaimed from the highest mountains and rained down upon the masses like a catalyst of burning glory. In short I think its a great piece that has a good flow of motion and is a clear embodiment of what kaiju fights are all about. Giant creatures tearing up buildings with super powers and ferocity .

It's not that I don't like society, It's that I've been forced to live out side of it due to the over whelming force of: conservatives, conformists, liberals, republicans, democrats, enviromentalists, terrorists, right wingers, religous zealots, media...
Thanks for the lengthy compliment I should illustrate more kaiju battles shouldn't I? Most of the time what I upload is merely solo images. A variety should be in order.

Damn that looks awesome, I don't even think I can fully articulate the words I have for this, but here goes.
Mogu looks incredible!! I never thought I would see him in color any time soon, but damn! You've captured every little fantastic thing about him and amplified it with that beautiful color scheme. Mirma also looks amazing, he's an outstanding kaiju and seeing him fight Mogu makes him seem even more impressive. The overall pic seems like one of those classic monster battles you see in movies and gives me flashbacks of the first time Godzilla fought Rodan. We have diffenetly gotta do another art trade one of these days.
Oh and as who could win this fight? I would have to actually go for your Mirma if he can keep Mogu in the fight. The space demon may look tough but he's got a habit of ditching a fight if it doesn't go in his favor
I am so happy you like it! And yes, we should do another art trade one of these days. I really enjoyed drawing this battle and I did intend to go for that classic daikaiju fight scenario that you captured It was both fun and a challenge to concieve, which I do love

lol, I'm in the same boat. I've drawn single monster images for as long as I can remember as whenever I tried to do multiple things in the same pic one would get horribly mutilated in the process.
But now that I have a prepartion and layout method I could probably do so if I wanted to...damn the only recent kaiju battle shot I've drawn has been Godzilla fighting that nine tailed demonic rabbit from Naruto...god damnit .
